To be able to send the compare result HTML follow the steps:

Direct compare

When Add-ons > Direct Compare is used the comparison browser window is not displayed.

Generate the HTML report
In the browser copy the location of the report
Paste the location to Windows Explorer
Zip the contents of the folder
Send out the zip file

Copy the relevant part of the location, until the / character

Paste the location to Windows Explorer location box at the top

Select the report and the 2 folders and then compress it

Using Compare / Merge tool

Start the Compare / Merge tool
Administration > Open HTML Reports
Compress folder
Send the zip file

Start the Compare / Merge tool

To open the location of the reports, press the Open HTML Reports menu item

Find your report folder

Compress the folder and send out the zip file
